I, however, have miniature dachshunds, and the stair depth is a little too short for them.

Having said that, the stairs are nice looking and sturdy, and if I can get my dogs to get over their fear of the steps being too steep and too close together (just for their particular breed), then everything will be perfect.

If you have a small dog that isn't a dachshund, these will work great for you!
